Project Background & Purpose

This demonstrates automatic alignment of a tool, conveyor, and vision system using a Universal Robots arm and ArUco markers — the robot and computer vision detect and correct misalignment in real time. Processes requiring precise coordinate agreement between tool, conveyor, and vision system suffered repeated misalignment and downtime when relying on manual teaching.
