Billing starts once the diagnosis is complete and detailed design begins. We finalize control logic and W-RC specs based on the survey results.

After proof-of-concept, we move to full deployment — WIM stays responsible for maintenance after launch.

Programs like the Robot-Driven Manufacturing Innovation Support Program are announced on an ongoing or as-needed basis, depending on the governing ministry. If you're an early-stage startup, aspiring founder, or sole proprietor, WIM helps you find the right program and handles the application consulting.

Building the control stack yourself (EtherCAT master, real-time kernel, dynamics tuning, driver protocols, AI and control resource management) takes months. WIM owns the low-level control. You add the AI on top.
