WIM Selected for MSS·KOSME Global Startup Academy Cohort 6, US Track (Mar 2025)

WIM was selected in March 2025 for Cohort 6 of the Global Startup Academy, the 2025 Startup Success Package program jointly operated by Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME). The cohort recorded a 10.3:1 applicant ratio with 60 companies selected, and WIM joined the US Track.

The Global Startup Academy provides structured international market entry support for early-stage companies. Cohort 6 benefits include up to KRW 150 million in commercialization funding; Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) mentoring; an IR capability-building program; linkage to overseas accelerators; and the G-Camp program for global local-adaptation support. Companies on the US Track receive focused support for local market research, US entity or base setup, and partner and investor matching.

WIM will apply the selection to preparations for taking the WIM Robot Controller and the PLEM robot control software platform to the North American market. Since its 2023 founding, WIM has developed products built on NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX that integrate real-time control and edge AI in a single-box architecture, and has been exploring reference opportunities in advanced manufacturing and robotics markets in North America.

WIM will treat the Global Startup Academy US Track as a core asset in its 2026 international expansion roadmap.

Founded in 2023, WIM is an AI robot control platform company. Its NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX-based WIM Robot Controller and PLEM software enable a unified control layer spanning cobots, 6-axis industrial arms, and humanoid robots.
