WIM Selected as IBK ChangGong Daegu Center Cohort 1 (Jun 2025)
WIM was selected in June 2025 for Cohort 1 of IBK ChangGong at its Daegu Center, the startup support platform operated by the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK). The Daegu Center is a new location following Mapo, Guro, and Busan, and about ten companies were selected for the inaugural cohort.
IBK ChangGong combines financial and non-financial support for promising startups. Selected companies receive five months of intensive support from July through November 2025, spanning four support pillars: investment and loan review with IBK Group-level financial connection; dedicated office space; one-on-one mentoring and management, finance, and IR consulting; and market development, marketing, and international expansion support.
Through the program, WIM will receive dedicated mentoring and IR support within the IBK Group and plans to expand customer touchpoints in industrial settings by leveraging IBK's existing SME and mid-market customer network. Since its 2023 founding, WIM has pursued field validation centered on the WIM Robot Controller and the PLEM robot control software platform.
After the five-month program concludes, WIM will focus on preparing its next funding round and securing overseas pilot references.
