WIM, Tira Robotics, and HyperVisual AI Sign Trilateral MOU (Jul 2025)

WIM signed a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding with Tira Robotics and HyperVisual AI in July 2025 to co-develop vision AI solutions for next-generation AI logistics robots.
The agreement covers four areas: joint planning and research on vision AI; AI model development and performance improvement; application testing and pilot deployment in logistics robots; and joint marketing and external communications. The three companies divided responsibilities along their strengths. WIM handles the AI robot controller and software platform; Tira Robotics provides logistics hardware; HyperVisual AI contributes the vision AI models.
The target scenario is automated loading, unloading, and stacking inside logistics centers — a difficult area requiring real-time recognition of boxes and pallets in varying sizes and continuous adjustment of the robot arm's path, velocity, and force. WIM's single-box real-time control combined with edge AI compute in the WIM Robot Controller enables vision AI inference and manipulator control to run together without a separate external PC or GPU.
WIM will use the partnership both to secure a logistics reference and to validate its platform thesis: a single software stack unifying multiple robot hardware brands.
WIM develops the WIM Robot Controller, an AI robot controller for industrial automation, and PLEM, a robot control software platform. The company is an NVIDIA Inception partner and a member of the K-Humanoid Alliance led by Korea's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
