WIM Joins Alchemist Chicago Cohort 2 Bootcamp with UChicago's Polsky Center

WIM took part in the Alchemist Chicago Cohort 2 bootcamp, held October 19 to 23 at Hyde Park Labs in Chicago. Alchemist Chicago is a deep-tech startup program run jointly by the University of Chicago's Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Silicon Valley's Alchemist Accelerator.
During the week WIM joined daily morning pitch sessions and venture capital evaluation interviews, along with workshops on customer discovery, product market fit, fundraising and corporate venture capital. WIM CEO Woojin Jun and Director Youngho Kim presented PLEM, the company's robot control stack that runs AI inference and real-time control together on a single NVIDIA Jetson, and WIM's US market strategy.
Final selections from the bootcamp will be announced in early November. Selected companies receive investment from Alchemist along with the networks and support of both the University of Chicago and Alchemist.
With this bootcamp, WIM continues to expand its customer and partner base across the US West Coast and Midwest.
