WIM Selected for KDB NextONE Cohort 12 (Feb 2026)
WIM has been selected for Cohort 12 of KDB NextONE, the accelerator program operated by the Korea Development Bank (KDB), the company announced on February 6, 2026. The cohort received 354 applications — a 24:1 ratio — and selected 15 top-tier companies across AI, robotics, and semiconductor deep-tech categories through a two-stage document and oral review.
KDB NextONE supports selected startups across fundraising, global expansion, and M&A advisory. Members gain access to KDB NextRound — the bank's institutional IR platform — connection to the NextRise startup fair (one of Korea's largest), and advisory from KDB's M&A Consulting Department.
Founded in 2023, WIM has built its business around the WIM Robot Controller — an AI robot controller — and PLEM, its robot control software platform. The selection committee cited WIM's single-box architecture combining real-time control with edge AI inference, and its platform strategy of operating collaborative robots, industrial 6-axis arms, and humanoids through one controller.
WIM plans to leverage KDB NextONE for its next funding round and international market development.
